They stay cool to the touch and conveniently hang on the sides of the pans. 14-gauge 3004 aluminum. Welded all-natural antimicrobial-dipped handle stays cool to the touch. Handle is rated to 350F (177C). Easy-grasp handle design for safety and hanging convenience.
