This range is a great size for most commercial kitchens, and is filled with all of the essentials for today's busy kitchens. The open burners keep your sauces and vegetables simmering, while the flexible griddle can be used for many cooking purposes. The convection oven adjusts from 250-500 degrees Fahrenheit and offers the reliability and stability you expect with each of your menu items. The frame for this range is fully MIG welded for added strength and durability. The range is manufactured using high quality stainless steel on the front, sides, backriser and lift-off high shelf. 6" adjustable stainless steel legs are included as are two oven racks.
