San Jamar's SI5000 Saf-T-Ice Guardian System with a 6-10 oz. Scoop will protect ice from cross-contamination. The domed design of the scoop allows for faster, worry-free scooping while increasing accuracy and decreasing spills. Also, the Guardian storage system provides and safe and sanitary place to store the scoop when not in use and can be temporarily mounted inside or outside of ice bins with included suction cups or wire hanging brackets.
