Dexter Russell 10453 (S129PCP) Sani-Safe 3-3/8" Clam Knife

Dexter Russell's Sani-Safe (10453) 3-3/8" Clam Knife is designed to efficiently pry open and remove the muscle from a clam.  This knife has a rounded tip which can be used for scooping and two different edges on the blade. One side of the blade is dull while the other side is about as sharp as a butter knife.  This is done so that you can push through the clam without cutting your hand.  Also, the white textured, slip-resistant Sani-Safe handle ensures a firm grip while using and is resistant to both high and low temperatures.
