The Dexter-Russell S5287 Traditional™ 7" Heavy-Duty Cleaver (08220) with Rosewood Handle is ideal for those who prefer the warmth and feel of a real wood handle. The natural hardwood handles are formed to conform to the hand for secure, comfortable grip. The 7" cleaver features a stainless, high carbon steel blade with an individually ground and honed edge. The rosewood handle is secured to the blade with brass compression rivets. As with all Dexter Cutlery, you can count on their professional cutlery to provide consistent time-tested performance even for the most demanding applications such as food processing and commercial/food service kitchens.
