Southbend's S60DD-3GR S-Series 60" Gas Restaurant Range is the ideal versatile piece of equipment every commercial kitchen needs. Featuring 6 burners and a griddle on the top as well as 2 standard depth ovens, this range allows you to cook a wide variety of items simultaneously. The patented one-piece, non-clog, 28,000 BTU burners have a lifetime warranty and each one is covered by a removable cast iron grate which can hold a pot up to 14" in diameter. The 36" wide griddle is on the right side and made from 1-2" smooth, polished steel and features four 16,000 BTU burners as well as raised edges for keeping everything on the griddle while cooking. The 26" wide by 26.5" deep ovens have a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and feature a 35,000 BTU, heavy-duty, U-shaped burner which is equipped with a flame failure safety device. The four sides and top of the ovens are insulated with heavy, self-supporting block type wool rock while each of the oven cavity parts are coated with enamel. The ovens also include one removable rack and 2-position rack guides to offer a variety of rack positions. Additionally, the front, sides and removable shelf of this restaurant range are all made from durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel, making it a perfect fit for the busiest, messiest kitchens around.
