This turner features an 8" x 3" offset, perforated stainless steel blade which is ideal for letting excess grease or fat run through while also providing optimal release when flipping.  Also, the white textured, slip-resistant Sani-Safe handle ensures a firm grip while using and is resistant to both high and low temperatures.
