Manufactured from 18 gauge 1 mm aluminum, Perforated Disks can produce a more evenly baked crust by allowing for more air circulation. The edges of the disks and the edges of the holes are unfinished and may be sharp. Holes 3/8″ (9.5 mm) Diameter.
