Covering food helps prevent the risk of cross contamination and Camwear Polycarbonate Food Pans and lids are made from durable NSF certified polycarbonate that will not crack, bend, or dent. These lids can be used with the Camwear food pans to store, transport, and serve food in temperatures ranging from -40°F through 210°F.
