Carlisle's 3068107 StorPlus 4" Deep Quarter Size Clear Poly Food Pan are ideal for storage in colder environments or other low temperature holding applications. Made from high-impact polycarbonate, this pan has the strength and durability to hold up to constant usage while also being resistant to food acids and oils. The reinforced corners help prevent chipping and cracking and the spoonable bottom simplifies the removal of contents, preventing food waste. Additionally, the smooth interior finish of this pan makes cleaning very easy and the textured, non-slip finish in the corners and sides reduces scratches and maintain the pans appearance.
