This John Boos 214 Cutting Board measures 20" long, 15" wide, and 1-1/4" thick. The warm wood tone fits in effortlessly with any kitchen decor. It is made with solid, hard, rock maple, using edge grain construction, which is done by joining 1.75" wide strips of wood in full lengths. It is finished with penetrating oil, comes shrink wrapped, and is reversible.
