Globe's GPGDUE10 10" x 10" Bistro Grooved Double Panini Grill is a perfect choice for a small commercial kitchen or any establishment with limited counter space. Grill everything from sandwiches or panini like Reuben, Cuban, or Philly Cheesesteak, to quesadillas, burritos, veggies and a variety of meat. This double sandwich grill has two upper spilt 10" x 10" grooved grill plates and one 20" continuous grooved bottom plate constructed of heavy duty, seasoned cast iron. The temperature is easily controlled by a thermostat that can be adjusted up to 570°F. This compact unit is constructed of stainless steel for added durability and also features a removable, easy-to-clean stainless steel catch tray.
