Keep your hot toppings at the perfect temperature with Server's 81290 Twin Topping Warmer w/ 1 Pump and 1 Ladle. This topping warmer features all brushed stainless steel construction for optimal durability and a water fill line to eliminate the possibility of overflow. The two 500 Watt heating elements are controlled by adjustable, precalibrated thermostats which have a temperature range of 100°F to 200°F. Additionally, one of the lids is equipped with a rugged, cast-valve pump which yield a maximum of 1 ounce per stroke, but can be reduced by 1/8 ounce increments with the use of gauging collars. The other lift includes an opening for a 10" long ladle which can serve 1 ounce at a time.
