Vulcan VW3S 3-Drawer Heavy Duty Warmer Drawer

Vulcan's VW3S three drawer warmer is manufactured using heavy 20 gauge polished stainless steel. The cabinet sides are insulted with 1" thick insulation. Each drawer comes with a large handle for ease of operation. The drawers come with one 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan. The drawer frame will accommodate 1/3, 1/2 or full size pans without cross bracing. The drawers have adjustable sliding vents to control humidity. Each drawer has a separate temperature control. This warmer requires 120 volt single phase supply and a 6' power cord. For keeping food warm and readily accessible, this warmer is perfect for your commercial kitchen.
