Vulcan VBP7 Electric Holding & Transport Cabinet - 7 Pan Capacity

The Vulcan VBP7 Holding and Transport Cabinet provides you with seven levels of holding and transport power. Seven full size sheet pans, or fourteen half size pans can be placed within this cabinet and transported anywhere they are needed due to the 5" casters. Equipped with Dutch doors, recessed side-mounted handles, and magnetic action door latch, your food is protected and ready for distribution. The simple knob actuated electronic control has an easy to read digital display and can hold food at temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The design includes a gentle fan blower to provide an even distribution of heat throughout the cabinet. The doors and housing are manufactured using 20 gauge stainless steel, and are insulated. Cleanup is not something to worry about because of the stainless steel construction. This cabinet comes with ten pairs of pan slides. This cabinet requires a 120 volt, single phase power supply. With a width of 27-1/4", depth of 33" and a height of 39", this cabinet brings convenience and increased productivity with the efficiency it provides.
