The versatile Cres Cor 121-PH-UA-11D Non-Insulated Proofing/Holding Cabinet can be used as a proofer to produce quantities of uniformly raised dough or a hot cabinet to hold prepared foods at the proper serving temperatures. The powerful yet efficient heating system on this proofing/hot cabinet maintains the optimal combination of heat and humidity to properly proof or hold your products. With 2000W of heating power, this unit holds foods at up to 180°F and proofing with 960W provides temperatures of 80°F to 95°F with relative humidity of 95%.
