Temperature control knobs, 8" wide cutting board, and 7 1/2" wide plating shelf make this unit an incredibly convenient addition to your mobile meal service. The unit functions best when using covered food pans and the proper water level. Temperature controls automatically adjust as food volume and water levels change. Automatic sensor light indicates low water, and energy-efficient heating elements direct energy into the wells. Includes mechanical guards on all controls and switches, for safety and reliability. Unit ships disassembled. Stainless steel construction includes legs and undershelf. 4" deep pans recommended.
