The electronic digital temperature control and display insures accurate warming and holding and provides instant feedback of heat settings and status. The cool-touch rim protects users from the heat zone during change outs and in self-serve environments. Can be used with One 1/3 size, Two 1/6 size or Three 1/9 size steam table pans up to 6" deep. Rethermalization requirements ensures food is quickly heated to a safe temperature before bacteria has an opportunity to grow.
