Hobart's AM15VLT Ventless Door Type Dishwasher with Tall Chamber is perfect for taking in larger pots and pans like sheet pans and mixing bowls up to 60 quarts. The internal condensing system eliminates the need for a vent hood and significantly reduces the amount of energy consumed during the was and rinse cycles. This dishwasher uses only .74 gallons of water per rack and can clean up to 40 racks per hour. The stainless steel wash arms have unrestricted openings above and below that provide complete coverage during the wash cycle. The wash arms are interchangeable and removable. The rotating rinse arms are made of stainless steel and feature 14 rinse nozzles that ensure a thorough rinse. The cold water that is supplies to the condenser coil is heated during the condensing period at the end of each cycle. This preheated water requires significantly less energy to rise to the necessary 180 degrees for final rinse. The dishwasher is operated by solid state integrated controls with digital status indicators. This dishwasher model is cULus Listed NSF and ENERGY STAR Certified.
