Hobart's AM15-1 Door Type Select Dishwasher can take whatever you throw at it. From delicate glassware to deeply soiled pots and pans, the AM15-1 Select is prepared to clean them all. Four dishwashing cycles allow you to specifically set the need for cleaning. A 1 minute cycle is perfect for glassware, while the 2, 4 and 6 minute cycles are great for differing degrees of grime. With .74 gallons per rack final rinse water, this commercial dishwasher can accommodate cleaning 58 rack an hour with hot water sanitizing and 65 racks per hour with chemical sanitizing. This model does not come with a booster heater, but is NSF approves, UL listed and ENERGY STAR rated. This dishwasher features revolving stainless steel wash arms with unrestricted openings above and below that provide thorough distribution of water jets to all surfaces. These arms are easily removable for cleaning and are also interchangeable. A stainless steel tubing manifold connects both upper and lower spray systems. The rotating rinse arms feature 14 rinse nozzles ensuring complete coverage. These arms are also easily removable and interchangeable. The dishwasher has door actuated start, automatic drain and automatic drain closure features. Solid state controls manage everything.
