The John Boos EDTS8-S30-L26-X "E Series" Straight Soiled Dishtable is made using 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel. The legs and bracing are made using galvanized steel and have adjustable plastic bullet feet. The soiled dishtable includes an integrally welded bowl which measures 16" long, 20" wide, and 8" deep. The dimensions of the entire dishtable are 26" in length and 30" in width with a 20-7/8" opening. This soiled dishtable is made to be placed on the left side of an existing commercial sink or dishwasher.
