Hobart's 6430-1 Peeler is a powerhouse of a peeler for any commercial kitchen. This peeler takes the lowly task of peeling and elevates it to a machine driven task that can peel 30-33 pounds of potatoes in one to three minutes. The stainless steel housing provides durability and the 20.5" diameter silicone carbide abrasive disk can be easily removed for cleaning. The peeler is designed with a 3/4hp motor for high volume and long life. The V-belt direct speed drive provides consistency of performance. The peeler and peel trap are finished with glass beaded stainless steel. The plastic molded hopper cover is gray, and the door and handle, discharge chute and legs are cast aluminum and ball burnished for durability. The bottom of the unit is cushioned in resilient rubber trim molding to protect any surface.
