Hobart's FP100-1B Continuous Feed Food Processor is a dream come true for many operators who are lucky enough to use it. Everything necessary for quick, easy slicing and shredding comes with this model. Included are one of each plates: 1/16" slicer plate; 3/8" slicer plate; 5/32" slicer plate; 7/32" slicer plate; 3/8" dicer plate; and 3/16" shredder plate. The half-sized feed hopper is included and makes the chopping of any food product, even long products like carrots and cucumbers a breeze. The need for precutting food down to size is simply gone with this food processor. This processor is equipped with a planetary motor that operates with a 420 RPM plate speed and need no rest time between food loads. It's 11 lb per minute production capacity means that you can potentially process over a quarter ton of food an hour! The 50 degree angled half-sized hopper reduces fatigue and provides a designed ease of loading food. The interlock switch causes the food processor to immediately cease operation when the pusher plate is swung away.
