Hobart's FP150-1B Continuous Feed Food Processor is a step up from the FP100-1B Processor. The same ease of use with a simple on/off button, small footprint, consistent results, this processor also increase the output to 14 lbs of food product per minute. The 50 degree angle reduces operator fatigue and makes the product easier to load. The planetary drive removes the need for a rest time between loads and prevents stalling. The large, full size feed hopper supports the processing capacity for a large variety of products, including long products without pre-cutting. This processor is designed with an all aluminum hopper and housing that resists harsh cleaners and makes clean up easy. The processor comes with a double interlock switch that prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate swings away or is open. Precise and consistent cutting and dicing action, without bruising or mashing of food products, is produced by a 420 RPM plate speed. A decoring screw is included that deflects products away from the plate hub for complete processing. This processor comes with Hobart's 15PLTSS-6PACK blade set that includes (1) 15SLICE-1/16" slicer, (1) 15SLICE-5/32" slicer, (1) 15SHRED-3/16" shredder, (1) 15SLICE-7/32" slicer, (1) 15SLICE-3/8" slicer, (1) 3/8" dicer and (2) wall racks.
