Hobart's BBEATER-HL4320, 20 quart "B" beater is made to be used with a 20-qt bowl on your Hobart HL300 and HL400 Legacy Mixers. The BBEATER-HL4320 "B" Flat Beater is a consistent, multi-purpose agitator used for mashing potatoes and mixing cake batters, icings and more! The recommended setting for this flat beater is to use the first speed for starting and then work up to the medium speed for finishing. Be sure you have an additional beater around to help with keeping production steady during heavy rush times in your commercial kitchen.
