The range is constructed using high quality stainless steel on the front, sides, backriser and lift-off top shelf and has a fully MIG welded frame that gives you the confidence of years of durability. Each of the six open burners delivers 30,000 BTU/hr. and comes with lift off heads and shrouded flash tube pilot system (one pilot for every two burners). The easy lift-off cast grates make cleaning a simple act and provides strength for your heaviest pots and pans. An extra deep crumb tray is included and features welded, not bent, corners. The oven's thermostat adjusts from 250-500 degrees Fahrenheit. The standard oven accommodates full size sheet pans placed side-by-side or front-to-back in four different rack positions.
