Each 30,000 BTU burner has its own 12"x 12" removable cast iron grate with a standing pilot light and individual control knob for quick, instant lighting. The unit has a total BTU output of 360,000 BTU/hr (oven plus stovetop burners). Built to withstand the demands of your busy commercial kitchen, the unit is constructed of a stainless steel front, backriser, shelf and feet. The interiors of the ovens are constructed of all steel with porcelain oven liners, and each oven has two adjustable racks. The oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 550°F and is equipped with a flame failure safety device. The unit has a backriser with shelf for extra storage, a removable crumb tray and 6-inch adjustable legs. The unit is equipped with a 3/4 rear NPT gas connection.
