The unit has a total BTU output of 210,000 BTU/hr (oven plus stovetop burners). Built to withstand the demands of your busy commercial kitchen, the unit is constructed of a stainless steel front, backriser, shelf and feet. The interior of the oven is constructed of all steel with a porcelain oven liner, and the oven has two adjustable racks. The oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 550°F and is equipped with a flame failure safety device. The unit has a backriser with shelf for extra storage, a removable crumb tray and 6-inch adjustable legs. The unit is equipped with a 3/4 rear NPT gas connection.
