Globe IR1800 Commercial Induction Range

The Globe IR1800 induction range features a durable ceramic cook top with 6 power levels, touch pad controls and 4 digit LED display. The digital timer with a repeat time selection takes the guess work out of your cook times. The IR1800 will detect if an improper pan is on the cook top. Ferromagnetic, also known as induction ready cookware is required. The Globe IR1800 induction range will accommodate a pot or pan with a diameter of 4.75" - 12" and has a temperature of 150° to 450°.
