Also included is a Swivel MAX hose connector which is capable of full 360° rotation, allowing the appliance to be closer to the wall which results in increased kitchen space. Additionally, the Safety Quik Quick Disconnect fitting allows you to easily disconnect with one hand and automatically shuts off the gas when the internal temperature reaches a range of 250°F to 300°F.
