Globe's PF16E 16 lb Electric Countertop Commercial Deep Fryer is the perfect machine for light-duty frying. At only 11.25" wide, this unit provides optimal convenience for kitchens with limited space. This electric fryer also features a lift-out, stainless steel tank which has an oil capacity of 16 pounds, allowing it to cook up to 25 pounds of fries per hour. The heating elements are controlled by a front-facing thermostat with a range of 70°F to 375°F and the swing-up design makes them easy to clean. The stainless steel construction and nickel-plated baskets are built to last and can stand up to the rigors of the busiest kitchens.
