This dispenser features a brushed stainless steel and plastic thermoset construction for optimal durability and a 500 Watt heating element that is controlled by an adjustable, precalibrated thermostat. Additionally, this topping warmer is equipped with a 3 quart stainless steel jar and a rugged, cast-valve pump which yields 1/4 ounce per stroke, but can be increased up to 1 ounce.
