Keep your hot toppings at the perfect temperature with Server's 85790 E-Z Topper 48 oz Pouch Topping Warmer w/ Pump. The ingenious warming system allows you to dispense from a 48 ounce pouch while preheating another pouch at the same time. The 200 Watt heating element is controlled by an adjustable, precalibrated thermostat which has a temperature range of 100°F to 200°F. This topping warmer also features a stainless steel base, a black plastic top and bottom and is completely airtight and sanitary. Additionally, this topping warmer is equipped with a rugged, cast-valve pump which yields a maximum of 1 ounce per stroke, but can be reduced by 1/8 ounce increments with the use of gauging collars. Stainless steel pump serves 1 oz; reduce in 1/8 oz increments with supplied collars. Radiant heat from vessel warms the heater block to keep topping warm during slow periods.
