The Server 82830 Non-Insulated Topping Rail w/ Stainless Steel Pumps-SR-4 features (4) stainless steel pumps that can dispense thin syrups and toppings without dripping, (4) 10" deep, 3-1/2 qt plastic fountain jars, and a brushed finish base that reduces the visibility of fingerprints. The stainless steel pumps dispense a 1-1/4oz (37 mL) serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars.

Stainless steel pumps dispense 1 1/4 oz with collars provided to reduce portions in 1/8 oz increments for Portion Optimization™.
