Bakers Pride P48-BL Countertop Deck Oven, Electric

The Bakers Pride model P48BL oven features two baking chambers, each with one brick-lined deck and a 7" deck height. Brick-lined ovens have an additional Cordierite stone above the deck, which helps the oven retain heat longer and recover temperatures quickly. They may be easily installed at the factory or in the field.

The greater deck height of this model allows you to accommodate taller bake and roast items, Each chamber has an independent thermostat and 60-minute, electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. This oven comes standard with a stainless steel exterior and 4" adjustable legs. International voltages are available.
