Bakers Pride EP-1-2828 Countertop Deck Oven, Electric

The Bakers Pride model EP-1-2828 oven is designed for pizza, pretzels, flatbreads, and other bakery items. The single baking chamber is available with either a Cordierite or steel deck and a 5.25" deck height. Independent top and bottom heat controls allow for perfectly balanced results. Tilt-up doors are spring balanced and feature glass windows for easy viewing.

This model comes standard with an all stainless steel exterior, 4" adjustable legs, and a 15-minute, electric timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off. This oven may be stacked for a double or triple configuration, or can even be stacked on a Bakers Pride convection oven.
