Blodgett, a leader in convection oven technology, offers their DFG-100 SGL Single Deck Full Size Gas Convection Oven. This convection ovens exterior is constructed of stainless steel on the top, front and sides. The front door is comprised of dual pane thermal glass windows that are surrounded by stainless steel door frames. The handle on the door is powder coated and the doors feature a simultaneous door opening operation. The cooking cavity is wrapped with solid mineral fiber insulation on the top, back, sides and bottom. The interior of this oven is fully made of angle-iron for the frame. The oven also has a 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner and five chrome plated racks that can be placed in eleven positions. The oven is operated by a Dual Gas Flow system that combines both direct and indirect heat. Ignition is achieved by an electronic spark ignition system. The convection oven has dual removable tube burners and a solid state thermostat that regulates temperature from 200 degrees to 500 degrees. The oven also features a manual gas service cut-off switch that is placed on the front control panel for easy access. A draft diverter or draft hood can be selected as a choice for venting preferences.
