Alto-Shaam's VMC-H2H Vector H Series Multi-Cook Oven is a dream machine for any commercial kitchen. What's more is that each cooking chamber is large enough to accommodate one full-size hotel pan (20-3/4" x 12-3/4" x 4") or one half-size sheet pan (18" x 13" x 1"), ideal for cooking an endless variety of menu items.
