Menumaster's MXP22TLT Commercial Express Radiant/Convection/Microwave Oven is a heavy volume, high speed combination oven with a power output of 3000 watts infrared radiant, 2000 watts convection, 2200 watts microwave. A Catalytic converter filters grease laden air and vapors and is UL-KNLZ Certified for ventless operation. The oven features capacitive touch control, 360 program memory, auto voltage sensor, cool touch exterior, drop down door and porcelain cover for infra-red radiant. The oven has a USB port and accepts standard flash drives + wifi enabled and included in the purchase of this oven: PA10 oven paddle and CK10 sample cleaner and oven shield. The stainless steel interior and exterior make a great addition to any commercial kitchen. This oven is great for theaters, convenience stores, pizzerias, snack bars and campus dining.
