The Vulcan VCRG36-M Gas Griddle is a part of the VCRG-M Restaurant Series of Vulcan Gas Griddles. The design is constructed of stainless steel on the back, sides and front. The frame is fully welded stainless and aluminized steel and constructed to provide a cooking height of 12-1/2" on 4" adjustable legs. This griddle features a standing pilot ignition system. A 4-1/2 quart, stainless steel, grease can take the grease from off the griddle. This griddle comes with three "U" shaped aluminized steel burners, each providing 25,000 BTU
