The Vulcan MSA48 Heavy Duty Gas Griddle is a part of the MSA Series of Vulcan Gas Griddles. The design is constructed of stainless steel on the back, sides and front. The front features a "Cool Bullnose" design that helps to distribute the griddle heat before coming to the edge. The frame is fully welded stainless and aluminized steel and constructed to provide a low cooking height of 11" on 4" adjustable legs. A 3-1/2" spatula-wide grease chute is fully welded for easy cleanup and to decrease grease migration. A large 6 quart, stainless steel, grease drawer takes the grease from off of the griddle. This griddle comes with four "U" shaped aluminized steel burners, each providing 27,000 BTU
