The 3/4" polished griddle plate provides uniform heat distribution, cooking your product evenly. The high performance U-style burners provide heat control every 12" and flame every 6" with 30,000 BTUs per burner. The Chefmate C36GG ships as natural gas but is field convertible to propane. This griddle features a cook top that lifts off completely, along with a stainless steel catch tray that allows for easy cleaning and servicing. Perfect for cafés, coffee shops, concession stands and restaurants looking to expand their menu.
