The Star-Max 624TF gas griddle is a perfect match for the budget minded operator. This griddle features a 1" thick polished steel plate that is 24" wide, a 28,300 BTU aluminized burner every 12", an embedded modulating thermostatic control per burner, and 4" adjustable legs. A 3/4" N.P.T. male gas connection with convertible pressure regulator is standard. Griddles operate on Natural or Propane gas.
