Designed for light-duty applications, this entry-level griddle has a compact footprint but still delivers a powerful performance every time. This unit features dual 70°F - 575°F thermostats that maintain a constant temperature to deliver consistent cooking results. The highly-polished, 3/8" thick griddle plate is fully welded to the stainless steel frame and the 3-1/2" splash guard is seamlessly welded for increased sanitation. The stainless steel catch tray continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easy to remove for quick cleaning.
