Globe's PG24E 24" Electric Countertop Griddle is a perfect choice for commercial kitchens with a limited food menu. Designed for light-duty applications, this entry-level griddle has a compact footprint but still delivers a powerful performance every time. This unit features dual 70°F - 575°F thermostats that maintain a constant temperature to deliver consistent cooking results. The highly-polished, 3/8" thick griddle plate is fully welded to the stainless steel frame and the 3-1/2" splash guard is seamlessly welded for increased sanitation. The stainless steel catch tray continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easy to remove for quick cleaning. The PG24E has a standard attached 208/240v, 4-foot power cord and plug.
