Constructed of double stainless steel, this gas countertop griddle has a stainless steel catch tray that continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easily removed for quick and simple cleaning. For additional safety, this unit has a Flame Failure feature that automatically shuts off the gas if a pilot light goes out.
