This unit is thermostatically controlled and allows you to cook multiple products at different temperatures on the same griddle surface, while maintaining a constant heat to deliver consistent cooking results. Constructed of double stainless steel, this gas countertop griddle has a stainless steel catch tray that continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easily removed for quick and simple cleaning. For additional safety, this unit has a Flame Failure feature that shuts the gas off if a pilot light goes off.
