Each stainless steel U-style burner produces 30,000 BTU and a flame every six inches for even and consistent heating over the entire polished steel griddle plate. This unit is manually controlled and allows you to cook multiple products at different temperatures on the same griddle surface, while maintaining a constant heat to deliver consistent cooking results. Constructed of double stainless steel, this gas countertop griddle has a stainless steel catch tray that continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easily removed for quick and simple cleaning.
