Globe's GEG36 36" Electric Countertop Griddle is a terrific addition to commercial kitchens with limited space and a small service. Designed for light to medium-duty applications, this compact electric griddle won't take up valuable space but still delivers a powerful performance when cooking everything from pancakes to hamburgers. The 1/2" thick highly-polished griddle plate is fully welded to the stainless steel frame and the 3-1/2" splash guard is seamlessly welded for increased sanitation. The stainless steel catch tray continuously collects grease and food debris while cooking and is easy to remove for quick cleaning.
