    The APW Wyott EG-48S electric griddle features a 48" wide griddle plate that is 1" thick and snap-action controls. Welded stainless and aluminized steel construction ensures long life and easy cleaning. The griddle plate is continuously welded to base. Removable grease trays for easy disposal of hot liquids. Available in 208/240V. Single phase is standard, field convertible to three phase.
